01Agreement to these terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and FINOMETR LTD, registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 467528, registered office Arch. Makariou, 246, 3105, Limassol, Cyprus (“Finometr”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. If you use Finometr on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
02What Finometr does
Finometr is a financial-analytics tool for entrepreneurs and SMEs. After you connect your bank accounts via a licensed Open Banking provider, it imports transactions and balances on a periodic, read-only basis and produces budgets, forecasts, reports and AI-generated insights.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. Finometr is built for businesses and for people who manage their own finances. If you use it as a consumer, the consumer-protection rights the law grants you are not affected by these Terms.
04Changes to the service
The service evolves: we add and change features. We may remove or materially reduce a feature only for a valid reason, such as a change by a bank, a provider or the law, and we tell you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. If such a change makes a paid plan materially worse for you, you may cancel within 30 days of our notice and we refund the unused part of the period. For consumers in the EU, the statutory conformity rights for digital services apply in full. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we do not promise that the service is uninterrupted or error-free.
We may end the service. We tell you by e-mail at least 90 days in advance, you can export your data until then, and we refund the unused part of any paid period.
You can create an account at any time. We may delete a Free-plan account that has not been signed in to for 24 months. We e-mail you at least 30 days before; signing in keeps the account.
05Plans, prices and payment
- Plans. Finometr has a Free plan and the paid plans Pro and Team. What each plan includes and its limits are described on the pricing page and in Plans and limits, which form part of these Terms.
- Prices. Prices are in euro and include VAT where VAT applies. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can enter it at checkout; where that means VAT is not charged, the price does not change.
- Who sells the plan. Purchases are “Sold through Link”: Sold through Link, LLC provides the payment service, charges the payment method you gave at checkout at the start of each period, issues receipts and handles refund requests under the Sold Through Link Terms shown at checkout. Your statement shows LINK.COM* FINOMETR. FINOMETR LTD provides the service under these Terms.
- Free trial. A new account gets Pro free for 30 days. Connecting a bank during the trial depends on available seats: if none is available, you wait in line for one and the rest of Pro works meanwhile. When your turn comes we e-mail you and hold the seat for 7 days; connecting a bank in that time extends Pro by 30 days from the connection, once, also if your trial has already ended by then. Subscribing at any time lets you connect a bank at once. No card is needed; when the trial ends, the account continues on the Free plan unless you subscribe. The trial is given once per e-mail address, also if you delete your account and sign up again.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. A monthly plan renews every month and a yearly plan every year, at the price in force, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan → Manage billing or at link.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then changes to Free; the remaining part of the period is not refunded, except where the right of withdrawal below or the law gives you a refund.
- Switching plans. When you switch to a more expensive plan during a period, the difference for the rest of the period is charged right away and the new price applies from the next period; the billing page shows the amount before you confirm. When you switch to a cheaper plan or a different billing period, the change takes effect as shown on that page.
- Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of getting access, without giving a reason, and get a full refund. Write to Link's support (the link is in your receipt) and state “cooling off period”, or write to support@finometr.com and we will help.
- Refunds. Link handles refund requests under the Sold Through Link Terms. Beyond the 14-day right above, the refunds these Terms promise (a paid plan made materially worse, the end of the service) and those the law requires, payments are not refunded.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we tell you by e-mail and keep your plan for 7 days so you can update your payment method. After that the plan changes to Free.
- What changes on the Free plan. Nothing you see in Finometr is deleted. Bank connections stop syncing and are closed with our Open Banking provider; the balances and history already imported stay and can be used, and you can connect the bank again on a paid plan. People beyond the Free plan's limit lose access to your units until you subscribe again, and open invitations are withdrawn. Connected AI assistants are disconnected and can be connected again on a paid plan. Features that need a paid plan can no longer be created; what you already have stays.
- Promo codes. A promo code applies only as stated with the code and only at checkout. We may withdraw a code that is misused.
- Plans we grant. We may give an account a paid plan free of charge, for example to early users. Such a plan is not a subscription, may have an end date, and we may end it with 30 days' notice by e-mail.
- Price changes. We may change prices. A change applies to you from your next renewal after we have told you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; if you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before the renewal.
- Deleting your account cancels your subscription at once; the remaining part of the period is not refunded, except where the right of withdrawal above or the law gives you a refund. Cancel first and delete after the period ends to keep what you paid for.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access data that isn't yours; reverse-engineering, disrupting or probing the service except as permitted by law or our responsible-disclosure process; or using it unlawfully.
08Financing interest
Telling us that you are interested in financing is not an application and creates no obligation on either side. Finometr is not a lender or a credit broker, does not assess creditworthiness and does not pass your details to lenders. If we ever introduce a financing partner, we will ask for your consent before sharing anything with them.
09Open Banking provider
Account access is provided by a licensed Account Information Service Provider: finAPI GmbH, authorised and supervised by BaFin under PSD2. You authenticate directly with the provider and your bank; we do not receive your banking credentials. Your use of the connection is also subject to the provider's own terms, which you accept in its consent screen.
10AI insights are not advice
AI-generated categorisations, forecasts and insights are informational only and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, investment or legal advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
11AI assistants
If you connect an AI assistant, it acts on your instructions with the access you allowed. What it adds or changes with Write access is yours, as if you had entered it. You are responsible for your agreement with the assistant's provider. Finometr does not control the assistant or its answers, which may be wrong; check what it tells you and what it writes. See the Privacy Policy, “Connecting an AI assistant”.
12Third-party services
The service integrates third-party providers (e.g. finAPI, Stripe, OpenAI, Google Cloud). We are not responsible for their availability or actions, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.
13Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design and content, is owned by FINOMETR LTD and its licensors. These Terms grant you only the right to use the service as intended.
14Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finometr is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data or business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights the law grants you are not affected.
15Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself at Settings → Account → Delete account & data. Deletion takes effect immediately and is irreversible. Deleting your account cancels any subscription (see “Plans, prices and payment”). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
16Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus (Nicosia) — except that mandatory EU consumer-protection laws granting you rights or access to the courts of your country of residence are not affected.
17Changes
